Longi Solar in Palermo seeks a Technical Solutions Manager for Energy Storage Systems. You will design tailored BESS solutions, prepare technical docs, and support pre-sales through implementation. Cross-functional teamwork with sales, PM, and R&D will be essential to align solutions with project goals.

The role requires strong problem-solving, deep knowledge of energy storage systems, and clear communication with international teams.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.
Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication to convey complex concepts to varied stakeholders.

Analyze inquiries to design technical solutions for energy storage systems (BESS, PCS, EMS).
Evaluate feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost.
