Longi Solar in Salerno, Italy, is seeking a dynamic Technical Solutions Manager for Energy Storage Systems to design tailored technical solutions including BESS, PCS, and EMS components. You will analyze customer inquiries, ensure feasibility, and collaborate with sales, project management, and R&D to align solutions with project goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems (Master’s preferred), strong technical documentation skills, and fluency in English.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Energy Systems, Master’s preferred.
• Ability to create technical documentation, schematics and bidding documents.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of battery storage, PCS, EMS, grid integration and energy management.
• Familiarity with system simulation and design tools.
