Longi Solar is seeking a dynamic Technical Solutions Manager focused on Energy Storage Systems for utility-scale projects. You will design tailored BESS solutions, evaluate feasibility, prepare specifications and bidding documents, and coordinate with sales, PM, and R&D to ensure project success from inquiry to implementation.

The role requires strong engineering foundations, excellent communication, and proficiency with system simulation tools and CAD/schematics.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.
Master's degree preferred for advanced roles.

Mansioni

Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems (BESS, PCS, EMS).
Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.
Develop bidding documents and proposals meeting regulatory, technical, and customer standards.
Collaborate with sales, project management, and R&D to align solutions with project goals.
Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during pre-sale, proposal, and implementation phases.
Contribute to development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
