Longi Solar is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for Energy Storage Systems in Tuscany to design tailored BESS, PCS, and EMS solutions from inquiry to implementation. You will collaborate with sales, PM, and R&D to ensure feasibility, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong documentation skills, proficiency in schematics, and clear communication with international teams. English proficiency is essential for global coordination.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation, schematics, and bidding documents.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of battery storage, PCS, grid integration, and EMS preferred.
• Familiarity with system simulation and design tools.
• Proficiency in English for international teams.

• Analyze customer inquiries and requirements to design technical solutions for energy storage systems, including BESS, PCS, and EMS components.
• Evaluate technical feasibility and optimize solutions for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, and configurations.
• Develop and submit comprehensive bidding documents and proposals that meet regulatory, technical, and customer-specific standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, project management, and R&D, to align solutions with project goals.
• Serve as a technical point of contact for customers during the pre-sales, proposal, and implementation phases.
• Contribute to the development of new tools and methodologies for solution optimization.
