Job summary

Solis in Italy is seeking a Solution Manager to support the growth of our energy storage business for the Italian market. You will collaborate with sales, product, engineering and customers to design technical solutions and drive business expansion.

Fluency in Italian and Mandarin Chinese is required, with good English preferred. Bachelor’s in a technical field and hands-on experience in energy storage or solar PV are desirable, and travel within Italy (and some international travel) is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• Fluent Italian and Mandarin Chinese; good English preferred.
• Experience in energy storage, solar PV, inverters or power electronics.
• Strong ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally internationally.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and develop energy storage and solar solutions.
• Provide technical support during the sales process including design and presentations.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to translate needs into solutions.
• Communicate system architecture and product configuration to customers and partners.
• Support proposals, bidding, and customer presentations.
• Stay updated on Italian renewables market, standards, and trends.
• Gather feedback and work with product/R&D to improve offerings.
• Support projects from technical discussion to implementation.
