Energy Dome is seeking a Project Development Lead to mature utility-scale CO2 Battery projects from feasibility to ready-to-build. You will own development timelines, budgets, and risk management, coordinating engineering, commercial, finance, and legal teams with developers, contractors, utilities, and authorities across Italy and Europe.

You will steer grid connection processes, permitting, and stakeholder engagement while translating complex technical issues into clear communications for grid

Competenze

• 3–5 years in energy project development with permitting and grid connection experience.
• Fluent Italian and professional English; capable of engaging authorities, developers and landowners.
• Proven ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners across complex projects.

Mansioni

• Lead development of CO2 Battery projects from feasibility to ready-to-build/FID.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to maintain schedule and budget.
• Manage grid connection applications, studies, and negotiations with Terna and DSOs.
