• 5-10 years’ experience providing HR support in an international organization.
• Fluent English and Italian; Spanish would be nice to have.
• Strong knowledge of Italian employment law and local labor requirements.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll-related processes.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, with support for broader EMEA as needed.
• Deliver a wide range of HR services in a customer-focused, responsive manner.
• Manage end-to-end HR administration throughout the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, contracts, benefits, payroll, offboarding).
• Maintain and audit employee data in the HRIS for accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and correspondence for HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and international regulations across supported countries.
• Identify process improvements and support system optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate immigration-related processes and benefits enrollment.
