ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Director, CEG EMEA Field Ops Lead to shape the operational engine for the Customer Excellence Group across EMEA. You will define the strategy, lead quarterly reviews, and partner with Finance, HR, and Sales to drive growth in a large, matrixed organization.

The role requires 12+ years in tech strategy/ops or equivalent, strong data analytics, executive communication, and a proven track record of developing talent.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 12+ years of relevant work experience in tech strategy/ops, management consulting, or customer success.
• Experience leading field operations for a large, distributed organization is strongly preferred.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the operational strategy for CEG across EMEA.
• Own performance metrics, forecasts, and headcount planning for the EMEA field.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, and Sales to drive NNACV growth.
