Salesforce is seeking a Regional Vice President, Central Government in Italy to lead the public sector strategy and a team of senior sellers. The role focuses on revenue growth, multi-year programs, and trusted transformative AI platforms for ministries and national agencies.

You will engage with executive-level stakeholders, shape go-to-market plans, and navigate complex procurement cycles across Italy, Rome or Milan base, with regular travel across Italy and EMEA.

Formación

• Proven first or second line sales leadership experience in enterprise software, SaaS or cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated track record selling to Italian Central Government ministries, agencies and public bodies with executive-level relationships.
• Fluency in Italian and English; strong understanding of public procurement and budget cycles.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Central Government revenue plan for Italy, defining strategy, territory and coverage across new logos, expansion and renewals.
• Lead and coach Senior Account Executives to improve deal quality, executive access and value articulation.
• Recruit, develop and retain top public sector sales talent and build credible hiring plans.
