Qualifications

• Experience in strategic marketing, commercial strategy, product marketing, or business development.
• Proven success developing and executing regional or multinational marketing strategies.
• Ability to travel within the EMEA region as required.
• Influencing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong use of market insights, customer research, and competitive analysis to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the EMEA Service Marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Define and enhance service offerings to support revenue growth and market expansion.
• Analyse market trends, customer feedback, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Lead service sales enablement initiatives including training, engagement, and sales tools.
• Support digital marketing, branding, conferences, and customer engagement across the service business.
• Partner with Operating Units, regional teams, and global stakeholders to align priorities.
• Develop business cases, market assessments, and strategic recommendations to support growth.
• Monitor performance metrics and actions to improve commercial effectiveness and market impact.
