• Experience launching products or driving therapy adoption.
• Ability to translate clinical/technical information into customer value.
• Proven cross-functional leadership in a matrix organization.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute market development strategies for pacing therapies across Western Europe.
• Identify and address clinical, workflow, operational, and perception barriers to adoption.
• Lead marketing readiness and execution for key launches.
