Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
7–10+ years in strategic marketing, market development, or portfolio commercialization in healthcare/medical devices.
Experience launching products or driving therapy adoption.
Ability to translate complex clinical information into customer value.
Strong cross-functional leadership in a matrix organization.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Define and execute market development strategies for pacing therapies across Western Europe.
Identify barriers to adoption (clinical, workflow, operational, perception).
Lead marketing readiness and execution for key launches.
Develop scalable frameworks, segmentation, and prioritization for regional growth.
Translate clinical evidence into practical customer tools and value narratives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver field-ready assets and governance across portfolio workstreams.
