Stryker is seeking a Brand Manager for Foot & Ankle in the EMEA region. You will own the development of compelling value propositions, maximize new product launches, and strengthen relationships with internal teams and external customers.

The role offers hybrid work arrangements and requires close collaboration with global and local marketing groups. With 8+ years in international marketing or brand management within MedTech, you will set strategy, manage portfolios and guide education

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8+ years of work experience in international Marketing/Brand Management or related fields in MedTech/BioTech.
• Excellent English communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong strategic-thinking, adaptability, and analytical problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and long-range brand/indication strategy.
• Create scalable assets, tools, and campaigns for local adaptation.
• Build education and brand experiences for internal and external audiences.
• Develop relationships with local marketers, sales teams and customers.
• Lead the Annual Marketing Plan for EMEA and a 3–5 year portfolio roadmap.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to drive lifecycles and launches.
