Cytiva in Italy is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA and provide expert guidance on regulatory changes. This role reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and may be performed remotely or on-site depending on location.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business and at least 7 years of payroll experience, with 5+ years in multi-country environments. Fluency in English is expected, with additional languages a plus.

• Expert in payroll systems (ADP, Workday, SAP) and regulatory changes.

Mansioni

• Provide senior ownership for complex, high-risk or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process multi-country payrolls with accuracy and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate discrepancies and suggest improvements.
• Maintain payroll records and conduct regular data audits for accuracy.
• Support system upgrades, integrations, and standardized workflows.
• Assist with documentation and harmonization milestones.
