Danaher in Italy is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA, ensuring accuracy, compliance and risk management.

You will own payroll calculations, regulatory interpretation, data integrity and system harmonisation, collaborating with HR, finance and vendors, while enabling remote work and a competitive benefits package.

The role reports to Payroll Manager- EMEA within Corporate and offers 10% bonus and flexible working hours.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business
• 7+ years of related payroll experience
• 5+ years of experience in processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP or similar
• Proven problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk or multi-country payrolls across EMEA and act as the recognized expert for payroll calculations, statutory interpretation and regulatory changes
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure compliance with regulations; manage off-cycle payments, adjustments and final pay calculations
• Validate and correct payroll data prior to processing; escalate and resolve discrepancies; recommend process improvements and automation opportunities
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings, benefits and direct deposits; conduct regular audits
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations and configuration to ensure regional consistency; support rollout of standardised payroll workflows
• Support documentation and implementation of standardised payroll procedures; provide input on harmonisation milestones and system enhancements
