Danaher in Rome region seeks a Senior / Project Manager to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA as the payroll subject-matter expert. You will drive accuracy, compliance, and harmonization while shaping regional payroll strategy and system upgrades.

You will work with cross-functional teams to implement standardized workflows, automation, and enhancements; 7+ years payroll experience in multi-country settings and expertise in ADP/Workday/SAP are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of payroll experience, including multi-country environments.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll across multiple jurisdictions.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Expert in payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high-risk, multi-country payrolls across EMEA and serve as the payroll expert for calculations, statutory interpretation, and regulatory changes.
• Process multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance; manage off-cycle payments and final pay calculations.
• Validate/correct payroll data, elevate discrepancies, and recommend improvements including automation.
• Maintain and audit payroll records (tax withholdings, benefits, direct deposits); conduct regular data accuracy audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration for regional consistency; support rollout of standardized workflows.
• Document and implement standardized payroll procedures; contribute to harmonization milestones and system enhancements.
