Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll across EMEA. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk management while guiding payroll strategy and harmonization within the enterprise payroll organization.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager - EMEA, the role supports system upgrades, data integrity, and standardized workflows. A Bachelor’s in accounting or business and 5+ years’ experience are required; ADP/Workday/SAP expertise is essential, with remote

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven expertise with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, SAP, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues and implement solutions.

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk, or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process multi-country payrolls with accuracy and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate discrepancies; propose process improvements.

• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and standardized workflows across regions.
