Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payrolls across the EMEA region, ensuring exceptional accuracy, compliance, risk management and stakeholder confidence. The role provides expert guidance on payroll calculations, statutory interpretation and regulatory changes, reporting to the Payroll Manager – EMEA and supports both on-site and remote work arrangements.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with at least 7 years payroll experience.
• 5+ years handling complex multi-country payrolls.
• Expertise in payroll regulatory requirements and taxation.
• Proficient in ADP, Workday, SAP or similar payroll systems.

• Own complex, high-risk or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process payroll with accuracy and timeliness; manage off-cycle payments.
• Validate data before processing; resolve discrepancies.
• Audit payroll records including taxes and benefits.
