Danaher Corporation is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll operations across the EMEA region. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting while guiding system improvements and harmonisation efforts.

The role reports to the Payroll Manager- EMEA and offers a remote work arrangement from home. Candidates from any Danaher location are considered, with base salary in the €45,950–€63,350 range and a 10% bonus

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business required.
• 7+ years of multi-country payroll experience.
• Expertise in end-to-end payroll operations and regulatory changes.
• Proven experience with ADP, Workday, SAP or similar systems.
• Strong problem-solving and data accuracy capabilities.

Mansioni

• Own complex, high‑risk/multi‑country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi‑country payrolls with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with local, state/provincial and federal payroll rules.
• Manage off‑cycle payments, adjustments and final pay calculations.
• Validate payroll data and resolve discrepancies; drive improvements.
