Danaher Corporation in Italy is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to lead complex, multi-country payroll across the EMEA region, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing.

You will own payroll calculations, interpret regulations, audit data, and collaborate on system upgrades and harmonised workflows while benefiting from a remote-friendly environment and a comprehensive benefits package. The role reports to Payroll Manager- EMEA and supports documentation and stakeholder engagement.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business; 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• End-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements experience.
• Payroll systems expert: ADP, Workday, SAP or similar.
• Problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot payroll issues.

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, high-risk or multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with precision and timeliness; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate discrepancies and implement improvements.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records; conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades and standardized workflows.
• Support documentation of standardized procedures and harmonisation milestones.
