Danaher is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to act as the senior subject‑matter expert and operational lead for payroll across assigned regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder confidence.

This role reports to Payroll Manager- EMEA and is part of the Corporate organization. Candidates on-site or remote will maintain their current location; a remote work arrangement is available, with eligibility across Danaher locations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business; minimum 7 years payroll experience.
• Expert understanding of end-to-end payroll operations and multi-country regulations.
• Experience with ADP/Workday/SAP payroll systems.

Mansioni

• Provide senior-level ownership for complex, multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process payrolls with precision, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely filings.
• Audit payroll data and resolve discrepancies; drive process improvements and automation.
• Maintain payroll records, including taxes, benefits and direct deposits; conduct audits.
• Support system upgrades and harmonization of payroll workflows across regions.
• Document standardized procedures and support harmonization milestones.
