Cytiva Italy is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to serve as the senior subject-matter expert and operational lead for payroll across assigned regions. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, risk management, and stakeholder confidence, guiding complex payroll matters and supporting harmonization.

This role reports to Payroll Manager-EMEA and allows on-site or remote work based on current location. You will own multi-country payroll processes, audits, and system enhancements, partnering with

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or business.
• 7+ years of related payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-country environment.
• Expertise in end-to-end payroll operations and statutory requirements.
• Proven experience with payroll systems (ADP, Workday, SAP) and problem solving.

Mansioni

• Provide senior ownership for complex, high-risk multi-country payrolls across EMEA.
• Process complex multi-country payrolls with timeliness and compliance; manage off-cycle payments and reports.
• Validate and correct payroll data; escalate discrepancies; recommend improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain and audit employee payroll records, including tax withholdings and benefits; conduct regular audits.
• Collaborate on payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration for regional consistency.
• Support documentation and rollout of standardized payroll procedures and harmonization milestones.
