Vertiv is seeking a Sr. Director, EMEA Power Product Management to own the regional product portfolio strategy for eight power product lines, partnering with GBUs to convert market requirements into global roadmaps.

You will lead the regional Product Line Manager team and set standards for quality, lead times and commercial success. This leadership role focuses on Z-accelerating portfolio growth through AI Factory demand, hyperscale, and colocation infrastructure, while aligning with global R&D

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field is required.
• 12–15 years in product management or product marketing leadership with managerial experience.
• Technical fluency across critical power distribution (MV/LV), UPS, busbar systems and EPMS.
• Proven track record negotiating roadmap priorities and securing investment.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen, inventory and pricing awareness.
• Global savvy executive with cross-country communication skills.
• High energy, resilience and ability to operate in a fast-growth market.
