Vertiv is seeking a Controls Deployment Leader to execute and deliver control systems for Thermal Management across data center projects in the EMEA region. The role requires leading cross-functional teams, standardizing control architectures, and ensuring safe, reliable operation in mission-critical environments.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HVAC controls, PLC programming, and experience with BACnet/Modbus/TCP-IP.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Controls Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in HVAC controls or data center cooling.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs and industrial control systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and energy efficiency strategies.

Mansioni

• Lead deployment of control systems for Vertiv Thermal Management solutions across EMEA.
• Execute standardized control architectures, sequences of operation, and alarm strategies.
• Support cross-functional teams including Thermal Engineering, Project Management, Commissioning, and Field Service.
• Oversee control panel configuration, PLC programming, network integration, and system validation.
• Lead FAT, SAT, and Level 3-5 commissioning activities to meet design intent and performance requirements.
• Support integration with customer BMS/DCIM platforms when requested.
• Drive optimization of thermal performance and energy efficiency.
• Provide on-site technical leadership during commissioning, startup, and handover.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
