Vertiv seeks a Senior Director, Operations Execution to lead day-to-day execution across 10 factories in the EMEA region. Based in Italy, Slovakia or Ireland, you will drive safety, quality, and productivity while maturing operations to world-class standards.

You will partner with Supply Chain, Engineering, and HR to scale capacity, develop leaders, and implement digitization initiatives in a high-growth environment. Excellent compensation is offered.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of manufacturing/operations experience, with at least 5 years in a multi-site leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations (ideally 5+ plants).
• Deep expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L management, CapEx evaluation (NPV/IRR).
• Fluency in English; additional European languages a strong plus.

• Own the daily operational rhythm and cadence across all 10 factories, ensuring production schedules are met with high reliability.
• Champion a zero-harm safety culture; drive continuous improvement in SAIR and LTI metrics.
• Lead the transformation of plant operations from current maturity to world-class standards; deploy lean principles and standard work.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Planning to scale capacity, workforce, and processes to meet demand.
• Build a high-performing operations leadership team; drive hiring plans and develop Plant Managers.
• Partner with Quality, HR, and Engineering to ensure aligned execution and S&OP input.
