Vertiv in Bologna, Italy, is seeking a Product Manager for Low Voltage Distribution to own the LV Switchgears portfolio across EMEA. You will drive lifecycle management, market requirements, profitability, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution.

You’ll collaborate with sales, engineering, operations, and supply chain to optimize lead times, availability, and competitive positioning, while traveling across the region as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years in product management, technical marketing, or strategic business development.
• Strong knowledge of LV switchgear technologies, applications, and procurement.
• English business proficiency (C1) is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence across functions.
• Willingness to travel across the region.

Mansioni

• Manage full lifecycle of the LV Switchgears portfolio, incl. NPDI, extensions, updates, and phase-out.
• Gather and prioritize customer, channel, and market requirements with sales teams and end users.
• Define voice-of-customer and support business cases for new developments and enhancements.
• Research market trends, demand drivers, and competitor positioning in LV switchgear markets.
• Develop regional go-to-market plans and support sales/marketing strategies to maximize portfolio revenue.
• Manage product line profitability, pricing guidance, forecast assumptions, and corrective actions.
• Support sales on technical positioning, product education, and competitive comparisons.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, training, and sales collateral.
• Work with operations, engineering, and supply chain to improve lead time, availability, quality, and lifecycle support.
• Collaborate with consultants and contractors to secure LV switchgear solutions in project specs.
• Attend trade shows and events to strengthen market visibility and gather intelligence.
• Provide periodic updates on product performance, market developments, pipeline quality, and opportunities.
