Job summary

Netflix is seeking a Partner Engagement Manager to lead integration of Netflix into operator devices, payment systems and mobile devices in Italy, Greece and surrounding regions. You will own relationships with partner stakeholders and translate joint roadmaps into actionable plans across cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the EMEA Partner Solutions team, you will define product strategies, optimise Netflix prominence on partner devices, and enable bundle offers.

Qualifications

• Experience building strategic relationships with telecom operators and platform partners.
• Proven track record in managing complex partnerships across regions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate partner needs into product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships with partner stakeholders across Italy and Greece.
• Define and execute partner integration roadmaps for devices and payments.
• Collaborate with engineering, BD, and marketing to maximize Netflix presence on partner devices.
• Communicate progress and risks to internal and partner teams.
