Renesas Electronics Corp. is seeking a talented business development engineer within the UX organisation to translate market and customer needs into a winning EMEA solution and channel strategy for motor drives across industrial drives, servo, building automation, HVAC, appliances, power tools, drones and 2-wheelers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or in similar field.
• 7+ years in business development, technical marketing, technical sales, field application engineering or product management in semiconductors.
• Solid knowledge of motor drive systems and control (BLDC/PMSM/ACIM/SynRM).
• Entrepreneurial self-starter with ability to plan and execute.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking; ability to navigate uncertainty.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with engineers and executives.
• Willingness to travel across EMEA up to 40%.

Responsabilités

• Own Renesas solution marketing strategy for motor drives in EMEA, covering multiple market segments.
• Act as industry expert to Renesas' sales/FAE community, customers and distribution network.
• Analyse market drivers, potential, challenges and competition; identify white spaces.
• Define solutions roadmap, value proposition, collaterals, and go-to-market in collaboration with HW/SW groups.
• Promote solutions to customers and distribution network with sales & FAE teams.
• Acquire new customers, identify cross-/upsell opportunities and grow funnel.
• Build an ecosystem of partners and participate in tech events.
