Renesas Electronics is seeking a senior market development leader to own the solution marketing strategy for motor drives in the EMEA region, covering industrial drives, servo, building automation, HVAC, appliances, power tools, drones and 2-wheelers. The role may be based in Milano or other EMEA locations with travel up to 40%.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or in similar field.
• 7+ years in business development, technical marketing, technical sales, field application engineering or product management in semiconductor/power electronics/motor drive industries.
• Solid knowledge of motor drive systems including BLDC/PMSM/ACIM/SynRM, FOC, sensorless control, inverter topologies, gate driving, sensing, MCUs, power switches (Si/SiC/GaN), EMC and thermal considerations, functional safety standards.
• Entrepreneurial self-starter: builds a plan and executes it.

• Own Renesas solution marketing strategy for motor drives in EMEA across multiple segments.
• Act as industry expert guiding sales, FAE community, customers and distribution network.
• Analyze market drivers, identify white spaces and new business opportunities.
• Define solutions roadmap, value propositions, collaterals and go-to-market with HW/SW product groups.
• Promote solutions to customers and distribution networks in collaboration with sales & FAE orgs.
• Acquire new customers and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities to increase funnel and conversions.
• Build an ecosystem of partners and participate in technology events.
