Renesas Electronics Corporation in Italy seeks an experienced Regional Product Marketing leader for the EMEA region to adapt global strategies to local market dynamics and drive revenue targets for MCU/MPU/Connectivity portfolios.

You will collaborate with Regional Sales, Product Lines, and Channel Management to build demand, identify white space, and foster an ecosystem with distributors and design houses.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor, embedded systems, or related industries.
• 10+ years in product marketing or product line management.
• Experience in P&L management, Strategic Marketing, Technical Marketing, Business development, Applications, Supply chain management, Cost management.
• Understanding of microcontroller or microprocessor or connectivity applications (consumer, industrial, automotive, data center).
• Knowledge of MCU/MPU architectures (ARM Cortex, RISC-V) and Connectivity (WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC).
• Familiarity with embedded software ecosystems and semiconductor cost structures.

Mansioni

• Lead regional product marketing activities including Demand Creation, Funnel Conversion, GTM and New Product Introductions.
• Collaborate with regional sales, PLs, Solutions Marketing and Channel Management to identify white space and drive revenue.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships across key accounts and ecosystems.
• Drive design-win pipeline and partner with distributors and design houses to support execution.
