Renesas Electronics Corporation is seeking a results-driven Business Development Engineer to own the solution marketing strategy for motor drives in EMEA, spanning industrial drives, servo, building automation, HVAC, appliances, power tools, drones, and 2-wheelers.

You will guide the sales and FAE community with vision, collaborate on go-to-market plans, and develop value props, reference designs, and tutorials with hardware and software teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
• 7+ years of experience in business development, technical marketing, technical sales, field application engineering or product management in semiconductor/power electronics/motor drive.
• Solid knowledge of motor drive systems including BLDC/PMSM/ACIM/SynRM and related controls.

Mansioni

• Own solution marketing strategy for Renesas in EMEA across industrial drives, servo, and related segments.
• Provide industry expertise to sales, FAE, customers and distribution networks.
• Define solutions roadmap, value proposition, and go-to-market in collaboration with HW/SW product groups.
