Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a Network Development Specialist to support the dealer network across daily operations, data monitoring, and cross-functional projects. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CX, and After Sales teams to drive efficiency and optimize network performance.

The role offers exposure to an international automotive environment, with opportunities to grow professionally within a multinational company and contribute to strategic network initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in similar roles in structured organizations/multinational companies.
• Previous automotive industry experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the Network Development department.
• Coordinate activities with the dealer network and internal stakeholders.
• Collect, organize, and update business data for reports and dashboards.
• Assist in monitoring internal processes and improving workflows.
• Support customer experience initiatives through feedback collection and analysis.
• Support project coordination and tracking of timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CX, After Sales and others.
• Back network development initiatives and ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
