Job summary

Check Point Software, a world-leading cybersecurity vendor, is seeking a strategic Sales Leader for Italia/EMEA to drive growth, set regional strategy, and lead a high-performing team.

You will partner with marketing, product, and finance to expand market presence, manage budgets, and deliver data-driven reports to executives. Travel as needed; fluency in English and native Italian required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership in a B2B environment, with EMT/EMEA focus.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; native Italian language skills; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for the Italian region in alignment with company goals.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple markets within the EMEA region.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and competition to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee sales operations from lead generation to deal closure and collaborate with marketing, product and finance.
• Develop budgets for Italia region and monitor expenses to maximise ROI.
• Track sales metrics, pipeline and revenue, and report to executive leadership.
