NTT DATA is seeking the Executive Head of Revenue Operations & Growth, Europe, based in Milan, Lombardy, Italy. You will establish and lead a best-in-class Sales Operations function across Europe to enable predictable, profitable, and scalable growth.

This role partners with Sales, Finance, TS Operations, Practices and Country leadership to translate data into actionable insights and ensure alignment between growth ambitions and operational execution.

Competenze

• Significant leadership experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Planning or related function within a multinational.
• Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy, sales productivity and operational effectiveness at scale.
• Experience implementing CRM, analytics, forecasting, and sales productivity platforms.

Mansioni

• Establish and oversee a robust European sales operating cadence and pipeline management framework.
• Improve forecast accuracy and business predictability through disciplined reporting and governance.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews to provide visibility into opportunities, risks and growth trends.
• Provide governance for strategic, transformational, and must-win opportunities across Europe; align resources to maximize win rates.
• Own and drive the European sales performance management framework, including KPIs, dashboards and productivity measures.
• Drive data-driven decision making and AI-enabled insights for growth opportunities and market trends.
