ServiceNow is seeking an AVP, EMEA CRM Solution Consulting to lead a large, multi-country pre-sales organization across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. You will own NNACV targets, build the next-generation pre-sales team (FDE), and drive the AI-driven, POV-focused CRM go-to-market.

You will work closely with CRM sales and product to accelerate speed, scale, and customer value. You will champion an AI-native CRM strategy, align field insights with product direction, and ensure consistent

• Extensive experience leading pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales orgs.
• 10+ years in leadership within Solution Consulting.
• Proven track record delivering against ACV/NNACV in SaaS.

• Translate targets into team motions and forecast win rates.
• Partner with CRM sales leadership to prioritize opportunities.
• Lead the Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) talent model.

• Recruit, develop, and retain elite tech talent.
• Champion AI for CRM and align with Now Assist for CRM.
• Scale via AI automation and standardized POV frameworks.
• Reconnect field to CRM product and influence roadmap.
