Job summary

Us3 Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant with strong ServiceNow Professional Services or Consulting background to deliver high-quality technical solutions and provide technical leadership across ServiceNow engagements.

The successful candidate will guide customers through platform improvements, implement AI-enabled workflows, and mentor junior consultants while maintaining a focus on solution quality and customer value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow Professional Services or Consulting experience.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications aligned to the workflow (CSA, CAD, CIS).
• Hands-on expertise in one or two ServiceNow offerings with prescriptive guidance and platform health leadership.
• Experience in technical solution delivery—configuration, integrations, testing, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review and guide advanced technical deliverables, including configuration, integrations, testing, and technical documentation.
• Coach and mentor Technical Consultants while driving solution quality and customer value.
• Provide technical leadership and independently run projects.
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues with customers.
• Guide customers through technical discussions and documentation, driving innovation and consistent delivery.
• Complete required documentation including business requirement workbooks for technical solutions.
• Participate in customer workshops to assess processes and establish future-state workflows.
• Provide oversight and conduct unit testing of code developed by partners or customers.
• Provide feedback to product development teams to improve products based on customer experiences.
• Contribute to engagement status reports with visibility of utilisation, risks, and actions.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows, decision-making, and problem-solving.
