Berlin Packaging is seeking a CRM Manager to act as Salesforce Product Owner for the EMEA region. Leads functional analysis, solution design and demand management across the CRM ecosystem, bridging business needs with Salesforce capabilities for sales, service, ecommerce and marketing.

Ideal candidate understands distribution businesses from quoting to order fulfilment, cross-border delivery, and how account management uses CRM daily.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a focus on functional analysis, solution design and CRM operations.
• Proven experience owning a CRM backlog and delivering through internal teams and external partners.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead functional analysis of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
• Document and map end-to-end processes with as-is and to-be designs, collecting acceptance criteria.
• Own backlog prioritization, intake, sizing, sequencing and sign-off of CRM demand across EMEA.
• Coordinate UAT, release readiness and sign-off of delivered CRM work.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant CRM and marketing processes by design and governance.
