STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking an experienced Allocation Governance Lead to shape and govern the EMEA S&M regional customer allocation strategy. You will consolidate demand, supply and priorities, and translate baselines into weekly delivery actions.

The role demands strong analytics, stakeholder influence across Supply Chain, SCO and Sales, and proficiency in PAL/PLD, Power BI, and AI-enabled analytics. The position offers an internal opportunity within ST's dynamic, diverse team.

Qualifications

• Lead allocation governance; define cadence, criteria, boundaries, ownership, and decision logs.
• Strong business and customer acumen to cluster profiles, shortages, priorities and projects.
• Advanced analytics to balance service, revenue, feasibility and regional priorities.
• Decide under pressure, resolve conflicts, and elevate trade-offs clearly.
• Influence across Supply Chain, SCO, Marketing, Sales, CS and Leadership.
• Knowledge of PAL/PLD planning and service-level monitoring.
• AI and automation to standardize reporting and improve adoption.
• Clear executive communication and relationship-building.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate quarterly allocation frames, weekly execution follow-up, regional swaps, allocation publication and escalation paths.
• Publish the EMEA allocation to Supply chain team and review EMEA requests with the EMEA team before release.
• Ensure requests are clearly documented, feasible and decision-ready to maximize acceptance rate.
• Propose mix changes and product/customer swaps to SCO when supply plans vary.
• Arbitrate in-region priorities within delegated boundaries and elevate major trade-offs through governance forums.
• Support Sales in escalation for supply-related topics and find solutions through rebalance.
• Drive automation and AI-supported analytics across a large product/customer perimeter to improve data quality, decision speed, execution monitoring and service-level transparency.
