STMicroelectronics is seeking a proactive professional to shape and govern the EMEA S&M regional customer allocation strategy. You will consolidate demand, supply and priorities into a reliable base, translating quarterly baselines into executable weekly actions, with transparent priorities and traceable decision logs.

The role involves coordinating quarterly allocation frames, regional swaps, and escalation paths while driving AI-supported analytics and BI-based reporting to improve data

Competenze

• Master Degree, two years’ experience in Supply chain or Business management related activities.
• Strong governance and decision-logging capabilities.
• Experience with analytics, scenario modelling and KPI monitoring.
• Ability to influence across Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing and Leadership.

Mansioni

• Coordinate quarterly allocation frames and weekly execution follow-up.
• Publish regional allocation data to stakeholders and review requests.
• Document requests clearly and ensure they are feasible and decision-ready.
• Propose mix changes and product/customer swaps to SCO when plans vary.
• Arbitrate regional priorities and escalate major trade-offs through governance forums.
• Support sales in escalation handling and drive automation across a large product perimeter.
