Saipem is seeking an Electrical Lead Engineer to join the ENCAR Business line in Italy. You will lead the electrical engineering team on complex onshore and offshore projects, coordinating activities, schedules and interfaces with clients and subcontractors.

The role requires a Master’s in Electrical Engineering, 10+ years’ experience in energy/O&G, and fluency in English (B2). Hybrid work is offered with travel as needed and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Master's or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years in a similar role in energy or O&G.
• Knowledge of international electrical standards.
• Able to collaborate in an international team and adapt to diverse audiences.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the electrical engineering team on the assigned project.
• Define activities, deliverables, and schedule per contract.
• Monitor man-hour consumption and ensure progress of the discipline.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and external subcontractors.
• Approve discipline documents and vendor deliverables.
• Interface technically with the client and assist procurement strategy.
