Saipem is seeking a Static Equipment Lead Engineer to join the ENCAR Business line in Milan on a hybrid basis. You will lead and coordinate all engineering activities for static equipment on assigned projects, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, budget, schedule, and quality.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of international contracting experience, English at least B2/C1, and travel willingness.

Competenze

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar positions with International Main Contracting & Engineering Companies.
• English language skills B2/C1.
• Experience with static equipment design and procurement processes.

Mansioni

• Lead and coordinate all engineering activities related to static equipment within the assigned project, ensuring compliance with technical requirements, budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Prepare the discipline deliverable list and map the required engineering resources.
• Coordinate and monitor external engineering subcontractors and technical procurement documentation.
• Support project management in client interfaces and post‑order activities, including vendor follow‑up.
