Danfoss is seeking a software developer to build the foundation of an intelligent edge platform that connects and monitors field devices in real time. You will enable real-time monitoring and insights to help customers reduce waste, optimize energy use, and advance sustainability.

You will design scalable backend services in Rust and Go, implement MQTT-based messaging, and own features from architecture to production.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Rust and/or Go.
• Hands-on MQTT and real-time messaging experience.
• Experience designing and deploying edge microservices.
• Ability to take ownership of solutions end-to-end.
• Professional English communication for collaboration and documentation.
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• End-to-end product ownership from code to user experience.

Responsabilités

• Design and build scalable backend services in Rust and Go for real-time edge computing.
• Develop reliable messaging with MQTT to enable device communication and data flow.
• Own features from architecture through deployment and production support.
• Create APIs and integrations connecting field devices with cloud services.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and field teams to improve performance and reliability.
