Job summary
Moncler Group in Milan is seeking a passionate E-Comm Buying Intern to join our Global E-commerce team at our HQ. This full-time, 6-month internship starts from October.
You will support OTB definition, store assortment decisions, weekly trade analyses, stock tracking, product selections, website taxonomy, and internal reporting. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required; a keen interest in fashion and a proactive, team-oriented attitude are essential.
Qualifications
- Fluent English is required.
- Good Excel knowledge is required.
- Deep interest in fashion products, trends and digital environment.
- Strong analytical/logical thinking.
- Positive, collaborative and proactive attitude.
- Keen on working in a team and under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Support in OTB definition by country, line and category.
- Assist in deciding store assortment, key investments, products depth and sizing.
- Prepare and run weekly/monthly trade analysis and monitor KPIs.
- Weekly stock level tracking and replenishment proposals.
- Support in providing draft product selections for gifts, editorial launches, etc.
- Contribute to website taxonomy and competitor benchmarking.
- Help prepare business presentations and internal reports.
