Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Law, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related field.
• Strong organizational, coordination, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluency in both Italian and English; selection in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Manage the OSP negotiations.
• Manage the Compensation Model ensuring timely design, updates, approvals and implementation.
• Control OSP costs through weekly forecasts, monthly reporting, cost deviation analysis and accrual oversight.
• Lead OSP Business Plan preparation, ensuring accurate volumes, cost development, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Oversee legal compliance, contract updates, monthly invoicing and internal OSP audits.
