Job summary

UPS is seeking an Outside Service Providers Support Group Director in Milan to lead the OSPSG rollout, manage vendor relationships, and ensure services meet cost, quality and timing targets. The role supervises the department and drives negotiations across external providers.

You will manage a team, drive cost control via forecasts and monthly reporting, oversee contracts and audits, and ensure regulatory compliance while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Fluency in Italian and English; bilingual selection process.
• Strong organizational, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• 8–10 years in a management position or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the OSP Negotiations.
• Manage the Compensation Model ensuring timely design, updates, approvals and implementation.
• Control OSP costs through forecasts, reporting, and accrual oversight.
• Lead OSP Business Plan preparation with cost development and savings initiatives.
• Oversee legal compliance, contract updates, monthly invoicing and internal audits.
