Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics is seeking a Service Provider Management professional to oversee and optimize relationships with third-party providers, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective services across our logistics network.

The role focuses on onboarding, SLA management, performance reviews, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration with procurement, operations, and legal to drive value in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in service provider management, vendor management, or procurement in ecommerce or logistics.
• Proven track record in managing complex relationships with third-party service providers.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with service management software and tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies for effective service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management.
• Negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts with service providers, ensuring adherence to terms.
• Monitor and evaluate service provider performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with service providers to discuss performance and foster collaboration.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and legal to align service provider strategies with business needs.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in service provider management.
• Manage budgets related to service provider costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Resolve escalated issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.
