Vantive, a leading organ therapy company, seeks a Digital Manager to drive and coordinate digital initiatives for the Italian Sales organization. You will plan, manage, and deliver projects aligned with business objectives to enhance customer engagement and support commercial growth, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Technical Services, and Digital teams.

You will ensure timely delivery, high quality, and regulatory compliance while navigating a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Proven Digital Manager or Digital PM experience, healthcare/med Tech preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.
• Experience with EMR/EHR integrations or telemedicine platforms desirable.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Robust PM skills: planning, execution, risk mgmt, reporting.
• Experience partnering with commercial teams and customer-facing stakeholders.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Translate business priorities into digital initiatives for Sales objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, timelines, and resources.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects.
• Support pre- and post-sales digital activities across Home and Acute Therapies.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and take corrective actions.
• Provide clear status updates to stakeholders and teams.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, regulatory, and data privacy standards.
