Biopharma Careers seeks a leader for the Operation Technology Digital & Data team in Modugno, Italy. You will drive the digital transformation, defining the roadmap and executing it with stakeholders across the site and global teams.

You will ensure compliance with HA requirements, EU and FDA standards, support the Quality Unit during inspections, and manage OT/digital budgets while shaping future ways of working through change leadership.

Competenze

• You must hold an engineering or related technical degree.
• Minimum 5+ years in specialized Digital or OT leadership roles.
• Experience managing multicultural teams and budgets.
• Strong expertise in Industry 4.0, connectivity, and IT infra.
• Deep knowledge of industrial automation and project management.
• Fluency in Italian and English with strong communication.
• Focused on HA compliance and quality.

Mansioni

• Lead the Operation Technology Digital & Data team to drive digital transformation.
• Define the digital roadmap and execute it with alignment to stakeholders.
• Manage Opex and Capex budgets for OT and digital projects.
• Ensure systems comply with Health Authority, EU and FDA standards.
• Support Quality Unit during inspections as SME for the area.
• Bridge strategy and shopfloor operations to enable digital adoption.
