Vantive seeks a Field Market Access Modeller Specialist in Italy to develop health economic models and support market access activities across regions. This role requires a Master's degree in Health Economics, along with 3–5+ years of relevant experience in health economic modelling and a strong understanding of the Italian healthcare system.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced analytical and communication skills, and will work closely with medical and sales teams to communicate product value effectively.

Summary

The Field Market Access Modeller Specialist develops and adapts health economic models and generates regional-and hospital-specific HEOR evidence to support government affairs and market access activities (dossier preparation, tenders) across Italian regions. This role combines strong technical modelling expertise with field market access support to demonstrate product value to payers and institutional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, adapt and validate health economic models (e.g. CUA, BIM, cost-effectiveness) using Microsoft Excel
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses to support regional and hospital access and tender strategies
• Translate clinical and economic data into clear and transparent value dossier.
• Adapt global HEOR models and value narratives to Italian national, regional and local needs
• Support regional and local market access activities, including dossier submissions and institutional discussions
• Collaborate with Medical, Marketing and Sales teams and present evidence to external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics or a related field
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience in health economic modelling and HEOR
• Strong knowledge of the Italian healthcare system and regional access processes
• Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical and communication abilities
• English knowledge is required, written and spoken
