Intuitive Surgical in Milano is seeking a Project Manager to drive and support successful implementations of our digital solutions, focusing on Italian and Spanish client projects. You will interface between customers and Intuitive’s teams to schedule, coordinate and lead cross-functional activities for on-time delivery and budget adherence.

The role requires 3–5 years PM experience, a degree, fluent Italian and English, with PMP preferred; travel <15% is expected. Experience with EMR/PACS is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Engineering, life science or medical background preferred.
• 3–5 years project management experience.

Mansioni

• Plan and execute on-time product implementations including Hub, Ion and SimNow.
• Coordinate activities of customer and project team members for installations, expansions and upgrades.
• Validate prerequisites and ensure implementation processes are followed.
• Provide clear, timely communication on status, risks and next steps.
• Assemble multi-functional teams and report to EU leadership on progress.
